Our COVID-19 Pandemic Response

In light of recent events we have changed our check-in and check-out protocol as well as how you can purchase items in our store. These changes are in accordance with the Province of Saskatchewan guidelines. Our standards of pet care will remain unchanged.

What it will now look like coming to Woodley Acres Pet Resort until the COVID-19 crisis resolves and is no longer a public health emergency:

  • We will no longer be able to tour you around our facilities. The facility is locked, we strongly encourage pets and retail sales by appointment only. If you are planning a stop – please phone ahead 306-660-PETS (7387).Click here for our updated office hours.
  • We can assist you on arrival either by phone, or by stepping up to our office window (please respect the 2 metres distancing enforced by the Government)
  • We accept pre-payments for any services booked or purchases requested. We now only take payment via Email Money Transfer or on the phone Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD)
  • If you are dropping off your pet(s)- you will be instructed to leave them in our supplied crate in our entrance (anteroom). We will unlock the door for you – please wait to open the door until you see the staff member has shut the office door. (IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 AT ALL, PLEASE LET US KNOW! We will instruct you in an alternative way to drop off your pet that is safe and secure).
  • If you have multiple large dogs to drop off – please let us know in advance. We will instruct you in an alternative way to drop off your pet that is safe and secure.
  • If you enter our entrance (anteroom), please close the door behind you to ensure your pet’s security. Take your time securing them into the crate provided and making them feel safe. Once you have secured your pet please step outside of the building. A staff member will promptly enter the room to lock and sanitize the room.  It is mandatory that your pet(s) will be sprayed thoroughly with our environmentally friendly and safe Ozonated Water that works to drastically reduce any bacteria and virus on the surface of your pet.   • Your pet(s) will then be portered to their suite by a staff member into our facility for their thorough initial inspection, weight check, and safety check. We will then settled them into their own private suite.
  • Each of our guests will continue to receive the high standard of care that we are known for. Each pet receives a Guest (health) monitoring log – and is closely monitored throughout their stay to ensure holistic health and proper care.
  • The pickup process is similar to that as the drop off procedure.
